Nature of the service
KAEL is a mere intermediary: it neither owns nor rents out the vessels. The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the client and the boat company, which is solely responsible for the vessel, crew, insurance and regulatory compliance. KAEL does not handle or hold client payments.
Demonstration content
During the launch phase, the companies, boats, prices and routes marked as "Sample" are for demonstration and do not constitute a real offer.
Intellectual property
The brand, design and contents of this website belong to KAEL. The photographs and trademarks of partner companies belong to their owners.
Liability
KAEL is not liable for the real availability, the condition of the vessels or the performance of the service by the boat companies. Complaints about the service are handled with the company, and KAEL assists in mediation through its complaints system.
Governing law and jurisdiction
In general, Spanish law. If the client acts as a consumer, the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence shall apply.
